How to Reset Your Password in Paycom

When you were hired, you were provided with the initial log-in information, including a user-name and a temporary password. If you are not seeing emails from Paycom system, check your spam inbox and make the Paycom your allowed sender.

The Paycom generates a user name for you, and you have a choice of using that user name (make sure you save it for future use somewhere), or changing that user name to your personal email address. There are no other options for the user-name.

If you have logged in after that and created an account, use the following instructions on

how to reset it.

II. If you did not log in and created an account, you need to do. Locate the registration email and follow the steps. If you have misplaced the registration email, contact HR to have a copy resent to you.

To reset the password, go to the login screen. Click "employee". Click "forgot password".

Password Recovery Step 1 is submitting your user name (it is either the name given to you by Paycom initially, or the user name that you set up when you created an account):

Submit

Your User Name should be your personal email address that you used at the time of set-up.

When you enter the user name, system takes you to the next verification step:

Enter Last 4 of Social Security Number Enter Zip Code Enter Birth Date

Month/Day of your fathers birthday (MM/DD format)?

Submit

The last question (highlighted) will the question that you chose to be a password recovery question. Next will be the screen advising you that the email with the one-time password will be sent to you by Paycom.

Password Recovery Step 3

An email has been sent to your registered email with a one-time password. Once you have this onetime password, please select continue to login. This one-time password will be available for 1 hour.

Make sure you check your email and reset your password immediately. If you are not seeing email, check your spam inbox and make the Paycom your allowed sender. Thank you Human Resources
