ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

Please note: The Prescription Monitoring Program Advisory Board may address agenda items out of sequence to accommodate persons appearing before the Advisory Board or to aid in the efficiency or effectiveness of the meeting;

The Advisory Board may combine two or more agenda items for consideration; and

The Advisory Board may remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

Public comment is welcomed by the Advisory Board, but will be heard during the public comment item and may be limited to five minutes per person. The Advisory Board may allow additional time to a given speaker as time allows and in its sole discretion.

3. Approval of November 9, 2017 Minutes (For Possible Action)

4. Discussion regarding usefulness of the NARX Score and Overdose Risk Score for practitioners

5. Discussion and determination regarding additional information that practitioners want included in the Prescription Monitoring Program pursuant to NPEDE study (For Possible Action)

6. Update from the Prescription Monitoring Program Administrator regarding Integration pursuant to NRS 453.162(2) and OpenBeds.

7. Discussion and determination regarding AB 49 (2019) and enabling law enforcement agencies to enter certain data into the Prescription Monitoring Program. (For Possible Action)

8. Public Comment: No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on a future agenda as an action item. (NRS 241.020)
