Out of State John R. Betts, Jr., of Scottsdale, Arizona, was assessed a $40,000 civil penalty based on practicing architecture without a license. (03/10/17)

Lehigh County Chris's Barber Shop, license no. BO433950, of Allentown, Lehigh County, was suspended for failing to pay a previously imposed civil penalty. (03/13/17) Philadelphia County Daniel Estevez, license no. BL050379R, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was suspended pursuant to the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dated January 23, 2017, which the court issued under section 4355 of the Domestic Relations Code. Blair County Juliette Angelique George, certificate no. RL003665, of Hollidaysburg, Blair County, was placed on probation for a period of three years, ordered to complete seventy-five hours of remedial education, ordered to pay a civil penalty of eight thousand dollars and costs of investigation of two thousand dollars, and ordered to cease and desist from aiding and abetting the abetting the unlicensed practice of real estate appraising, because she failed or refused to exercise reasonable diligence in developing an appraisal, preparing an appraisal report, or communicating an appraisal, and by negligently or incompetently developing an appraisal, and by aiding and abetting the unlicensed practice of abetting the unlicensed practice of real estate appraising. RL003198R, of Bethlehem, Lehigh County, was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $7,000.00, was ordered to pay an assessment for costs of investigation in the amount of $2,000.00, and was ordered to complete at least thirty-three (33) hours of remedial education, because he failed to complete an appraisal assignment within the requirements of the USPAP, failed or refused to exercise reasonable diligence in developing, preparing, or communicating an appraisal or appraisal report, and negligently or incompetently developed, prepared, or communicated an appraisal or appraisal report. Montgomery County Eugene A. Soda, III, certificate no. RL138963, of Lansdale, Montgomery County, was ordered to pay a civil penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000); pay costs of investigation of one thousand dollars ($1,000); and attend and successfully complete a seven (7) hour class on the sales comparison approach, because he failed to complete an appraisal assignment within the requires of the USPAP; failed to refused to exercise reasonable diligence in developing an appraisal, preparing an appraisal, report, or communicating an appraisal; and negligently or incompetently developed an appraisal, prepared an appraisal report, or communicated an appraisal. Out of State SettlementOne Valuation Corporation, PA registration no. AMC000104, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $5,000.00 because received disciplinary action by the agency of another jurisdiction responsible for regulating appraisers, mortgage brokers, real estate salespersons or real estate brokers and failing to notify the Board of said discipline within thirty days after its occurrence. PA Board of Medicine

Allegheny County Brent Edward Clark, license no. MD042270L, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, had his license to practice as a Medical Physician and Surgeon temporarily suspended, pending a hearing, on the grounds that his continued practice within the Commonwealth may be an immediate and clear danger to the public health and safety. Delaware County Charles Rene Williams, license no. BH000425, of Lansdowne, Delaware County, was revoked based on having received accelerated rehabilitative disposition for multiple felonies. (02/15/17)

Lehigh County Faton Bilali, license no. MD446867, of Allentown, Lehigh County, was suspended for no less than three years to be immediately stayed in favor of no less than three years of probation, because he is unable to practice the profession with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of illness, addiction to drugs or alcohol, or mental incompetence.
