Mitch began his New York Life career in May, 1994 as an agent in Charlotte, North Carolina. Upon qualifying for President's Council in his first year, he was promoted to management in the Charlotte General Office in October of 1995. Mitch became the Managing Partner in the Cincinnati General Office in January, 1999. In 2001, the Cincinnati General Office was awarded the National Life Case Rate Trophy, the Annuity Trophy, the Executive Vice President's Trophy and the President's Trophy for the Top Life FYC production in Group IV. Mitch is also two-time qualifier for the Partner's Round Table. In August of 2004, Mitch became the Zone Vice President for South Central Agencies in charge of Recruiting Objectives and Management Development. In August of 2006, he was given the opportunity to return to Charlotte as the Managing Partner of the Charlotte General Office where he began his career with New York Life.

Before joining New York Life, Mitch spent 9 years with a small Mutual Fund Company in Charlotte, North Carolina, wearing multiple hats as a producer and manager.

Mitch resides in the Weddington area with his wife Sonja, his son Landon and daughter Georgia. He is very active in coaching baseball and basketball and is also an avid golfer.
