Thirdly, by partnering with governments and foundations to deliver targeted public health solutions, and the private sector to deliver the affordable medicines, health products, diagnostics and insurance the communities need. This is not a stop gap, but rather a sustainable business model for the communities and our public and private sector partners. Overview of the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Digital Media Manager to design, manage and optimize our digital marketing programs for our communities (in the Philippines, Cambodia, India, Senegal and Kenya) and partners. Specifically this includes: Paid and Organic Social Programmes (in particular on Facebook) ; the Website and SEO ; Google Pay-Per-Click Programmes ; Influencer Activity ; and Online Affiliates and Partnerships. This is a hands-on role, so the right candidate should have strong experience designing and managing activity across these platforms to deliver a return on investment. Additionally, they will be able to set KPIs, understand the metrics and use this understanding to optimize performance. Designation: Digital Media Manager Employment: Full time with 6-month probation periodStart Date: ASAP Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer Role Scope and ResponsibilitiesThe core role scope and responsibilities will be:Design, implement and optimize paid and organic social media programmes, in particular on Facebook/Facebook Messenger, as well as Twitter and Linkedin Manage the website and Search Engine Optimization activities Design, implement and optimize PPC programmes to engage reach52 partners Oversee the reach52 database, CRM and e-marketing programmes Set KPIs, and monitor, report on and optimise the effectiveness of all programmes Analyze martech platforms, and provide recommendation to optimise performance Support other marketing and business activities to support the growth of reach52 as needed Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have:Around 5 years’ experience in digital media management Experience working in a fast paced company – either at a media agency or in-house at a relevant organization Knowledge of healthcare is an advantage but not essential Self-starter with growth mindset Excellent written and communications skillsStrong Bachelor’s Degree Passion for delivering health for all Interested candidates may send in their CV and cover letter to operations@ ................
