Instructions for Sign In to Frontline Absence Management

Employees and substitutes will continue to use their phone number and pin to sign in to Absence Management using a telephone. Employees and substitutes accessing Absence Management via the website will follow the instructions listed below. All employees must be signed in to their Google account in order to access any Frontline system. To sign in to Google, go to and choose Sign In in the upper right hand corner.

Choose the account listed with your WCPS email. If your WCPS account is not listed, choose Use another account.

Enter your password associated with your WCPS email and click Next. If you are unable to sign in, contact the WCPS HelpDesk at 301-766-8911. You will need to provide the HelpDesk with

your employee ID number when you call.

Go to the WCPS website, . Click on Faculty & Staff.

Click Absence Management Substitute Calling System. Click Visit Website.

You will automatically be signed in to your Frontline account. Employees who are only substitutes will be signed in directly to the Absence Management System. If you are directed to the screen below, choose Absence Management.

You will no longer access your Frontline applications via application-specific URLs (ie. , signin, etc.).
