(What follows is intended for those who would understand and apply the science of cosmic cycles applied from the teachings of the Ascended

Masters of the Great White Brotherhood (of Light) as given through their Messengers, Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet and applied using the science of the cosmic clock and astrology. I have followed as faithfully as I can the direct application and translation of the cycles as given, understanding it is karma making to interpret. I have taken the Master's dictations to the altar and sat under my Christ Self and the Masters who tutor my soul and have applied these cycles in my own world for the purpose for which they are given, to save my soul. What follows is the product of the cycles as given by the Masters and as applied and understood in the meditation of my heart with the hearts of Mother, my Guru, Saint Germain, Kuthumi, and Maitreya. I have followed and applied this science for years. I have been compelled to share these with you. I have applied the science of light and the cosmic clock with my understanding of esoteric and mundane astrology to translate the hand writing on the wall of returning karma and to walk the Path of Initiation home. The light flushes out the darkness. The methodology of this applied science is not given here, but the inquiring mind may understand. The methodology will be given separately at a later date as new age astrology of the initiate for the soul's odyssey of the return home. It is my intention and purpose that you sit under your own vine and fig tree and use the material here and study the Masters teachings referenced here to enter into a dialogue with your God Presence and be God taught so as to acquire God's gifts of the Holy Spirit of Knowledge and Understanding, Discernment, and Interpretation of Tongues. Your Christ Self is your teacher. What truth lies here is only of value to you if it sets your heart to vibrate as two tuning forks that come into contact. The Truth will set you free. Your Christ Self is Truth. Seek and you will find.

What follows is for your intercession on behalf of mankind for the saving of souls and your ascension in the light.)

Preface

In the fall we reap in our physical world what has been sown and nurtured, in and up to this point in 2019. We see this from two perspectives. The first is the divine plan for the year for the planet, the nations, our communities, and ourselves as taught by Saint Germain on January 1st, 1984 in the Class of the Solar Ring. The second is what we have made of it given the first perspective.

We must look through eyes clearly at both perspectives because the masters teach that during the harvest the wheat and tares can be bundled into separate bundles and the latter burned. We have three solar cycles, Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius to wash seven times, to clean up what 1 we can surrender. We also have the last six weeks of the year to clean up the tares we have sown this year. Both options require a deep analytical review (Sun in Virgo) and a determined will to surrender (Sun in Taurus) what has been growing in our fields of endeavor (consciousness). Review the documents on the site under the previous three quadrants (winter, spring and summer). Have your own astrology available to correlate with planetary astrology. I use the USA White House (chart) to represent the cycles of initiation of the planet and the nation. USA is the heart of the planet. This chart, I have come to believe, represents the highest aspirations and opportunities for the planet and America. It also indicates an open window on the planetary forces that oppose the Great White Brotherhood (the white light) and our best efforts in the Battle of Armageddon, for the souls of the planet.

Sun Enters Libra

Helios enters Libra in the second house, second decant. This represents the light of the people, their energy, their money supply. The latter in esoteric astrology means that the people's money is a measure of their liberty. Spiritually one's ability to draw down supply and the abundant life, "every good and perfect gift", is a measure of the light you invoke and keep and your mastery on the fifth ray and on the six o'clock line. The Sun in Libra, in the 2nd house 2nd decant is in the first decant of Libra. This decant of Libra governs "policies" that govern our money supply by government and in Libra, the hidden (invisible) government. We know them on the West Gate as the ICCC, the Beast out of the sea and the earth.

Aa a rule of thumb, always look at the light, the divine plan or the purpose of the Sun representing "life" on (to) the planet, first. This includes those planets which the Maha Chohan (the Holy Spirit) tells us are out-pictured by those who assimilate the light, i.e. the way of Christ Jesus, the path home. They are the Sun, Venus, Jupiter, and for some who have the mastery, the Moon (beneath their feet...Pisces, God Mastery).

Once, we know the path of initiation of the light and what is expected of mankind then we look at the opposing forces, their agenda and strategies of darkness being employed and from whence they are coming. The opposing forces comprise two factors those of the light (sons of the law of the One) who on these particular light rays of the Sun have as yet to achieve mastery and who therefore break the law and those fallen angels who rebelled in heaven and are at war with heaven, still (sons of Belial). They war (Libra) on earth with God, represented in Mater as the Mother that some call Gaia or Terra, more specifically the Woman and her seed, and with the Sons of Solitude, the Great White Brotherhood, who represent to man, our Father and his Son, Christ.

The first factor, the Maha Chohan tells us are those who in their rebellion and

disobedience, play out the Four Horsemen, who deliver the karma to the planet to play out in the

great drama, in the nations, community and our organization, the battle of Light and Darkness, as

pawns to the forces of the second factor. We know these in history for example as, Benedict

Arnold, Pilot, Judas, even Saint Peter. You know them today, though some as yet, are self

deceived and know not yet what they do. Never-the-less it is written, woe to them. These are

they who may yet have a three-fold flame. That which they have assimilated of the light is

stored in their mansions in heaven, their casual body, but that which is yet untransmuted that

they are called in this life, by their astrology, to transcend they have determined to hold on to in

the face of the light of the Sun come to free their soul. They have believed the lie. They have

become therefore an adversary of the light, the persecutors of the saints and the patriots. They

are the army of factor two, agents provocateurs, the enemy within the gates, of the nation, the

organization, and are set against the City Four Square because they are driven by their egos, their

synthetic selves, their human personalities, the mask that hides their dweller.

The second factor, comprise the fallen angels, the Nephilim who rebelled in heaven and were cast out into the earth (to embody) and the Watchers who rebelled against their holy office as Watchers over mankind to protect them from themselves in their exercise of free will, from the enemy within. We know the enemy within Man as that which is hidden, within the 12th house and Pisces who governs it; the occult forces, the occult energy, within the subconscious and the collective unconscious. The use of energy by free will can produce creative man-i-festation or can produce death (Pisces) and destruction of mankind's "works", i.e. civilization and the heart of civilization, the nation at its heart, Atlantis come again, America, the Renaissance nation created by God for the Renaissance man and the promised Kingdom of God on earth, the coming Golden Age of Aquarius.

The Sun in Libra comes to bring all to the realization of their God Reality*. This occurs each year at fall equinox. The difference this year and in the years to follow, for an indeterminant or unspecified period of time, is that now we are come to the point in the evolution of the planet and its evolutions, prophesied through the ages, since Lemuria and Atlantis. come in the cycle of the solar systems orbit revolving through the Galaxy to that point of the congruence of cycles. The Mayans tell us one billion years, the masters tell us that there are many cycles converging, one million years (Saint Germain and Confucius), 25,800 years, the Grand Sidereal Year as we move into a new cycle through the twelve constellations. And of the precession of the equinoxes as we move into Aquarius from Pisces. The Masters also tell us we are at the juncture of a 10,000-year cycle. But it is much more, we are coming to the end of the of the long cycle of the Hindu Kali Yuga. We know this as the judgments that went forth in 1984. The Judgment of evil in the Matter Universe (1/1/1984) and on planet earth (Helios 7/4/84). We know this as the judgment of the Abusers of the Word on the First Ray (4/27/84). The Mayans know this as the time of the return of the Serpent (Feathered) to the Garden (earth, of the Sons of God) and the judgment of the fallen who must escape with the Serpent come to take them to safety with the genetic seed of Man necessary to perpetuate their race of mechanization man, humans.

We are come this fall to the God Realization, the awakening of Mankind, to separate

them out from among the humans, humanity and to elect from among their own, their

representatives who will lead them as they rally to Uncle Sam, the prophet Samuel, Saint

Germain. As this people fulfill the prophecy and the mandate to come out of her, the anti-

church, the Harlot who rides the Beast of Rome and Babylon the Great the anti-state and anti-

city (Rev 18:4) and be a separate and chosen people, one nation, one people, one God. This is

the first step (the elections of 2020) of much, much more to come, in the years ahead. The

faithful know, but the others God has blinded (with their karma) and hardened their hearts so

they cannot see or hear, the call, for they have chosen by re-creating their karma instead of

serving America and leading the planet into the golden age.

The Sun in Libra comes to bring all to the realization of their God Reality. The soul's divine plan as a unique son or daughter of God, a singular individual flame blazing upon the altar of the heart chakra. The Sun comes to clear the heart center, the temple of man, the physical temple comprising the four lower bodies so that the temple of man and the flame therein permeates the four planes of matter to create as co-creators with God the Coming Revolution in Higher Conscious that will bring in the coming Golden Age. It is happening on your watch.

The Sun stands on the 9 o'clock line having initiated and cleansed all the soul would allow in the three preceding quadrants (bodies). Now we stand in Libra in the physical for all to see, our words and our works now being made manifest. We stand in Hamlet's shoes on the cusp of the coming confrontation in Capricorn, in Libra the cusp of the physical quadrant and must face the warring (Libra) in our members (Gemini). The Cosmic Clock teaches us that this warring manifests as treachery and intrigue, as the betrayal of the word (works) on the first ray (blue ray, cardinal cross) now in its 36th year (4/27/1984). We are being initiated to let go and come apart before the judgment descends, as an avalanche upon the fallen ones. That when it does and the planetary and personal dweller comes to you, they find nothing, you are not there or, if they find you the avalanche might hit you, but Morya teaches, it won't stick to you.

This reality of the Sun in Libra is about the Heart, the clearance of the heart chakra, the 12 petal and 8 petal chambers (of the heart chakra). It is about the bricks that entomb the heart, causing heart disease and clogged arteries within the heart. It is about the hardness of heart

(Aquarius) and its self-love that only knows hatred and the hate creation (Aquarius) in the subconscious records, our memory. This karma is returning this fall on the AscendantDescendant axis of planetary karma (Leo ? Aquarius axis of the soul) which represents our misqualified energy that is recorded within the collective unconscious of the planet's evolutions. Having gone within the soul enters the flame of his God Reality in Libra, his Holy Christ Self and his Father's God Presence and instantly knows the God Solution to the challenges the soul faces. The soul is then one-pointed in attaining her victory over the specific challenge. This collective unconscious plays out in our worlds as did those challenges that Odysseus faced with his crew and which he had to decide to go within his Heart Center to the flame upon the altar and surrender his attachments to material substance and the substance of self, as taught by Master Kuthumi.

The Heart is poisoned in Libra by the ego, its pride which we are taught has at its root, ambition. Libra is the sign where the soul faces choices to go within and surrender, as the assimilator Venus ruler of Libra and Taurus (surrender). Or to bow before the Serpent (in Aries on the 3 o'clock line) now evolved Mother teaches us, having become the Dragon (see the Enemy Within). The Dragon that stands before the Divine Mother giving birth to Christ within your soul, to devour it as soon as it is born. The soul has the same choice Krishna faced in this situation with Pootna and her brother. Libra is opposed by Aries, the ego and its carnal mind and the forces of the Moon's influence on Mars, the planet and the people, the Martian A's (8 in number) anger, aggression... that pulls down consciousness (Mental quadrant) from the higher mental plane within the heart chakra (Sagittarius - God Victory and the all accomplishing wisdom of Amoghasiddhi) to the lower mental plane and mental body (Gemini, 3rd house) where 4 the soul is submerged in the mass conscious and programmed by the fallen ones and their machines and computers as taught by Archangel Gabriel and manipulated by the collective unconscious, the grids and forcefields of planetary karma that are maneuvered by the planet's and the Moon's magnetic force and the gravity of the earth, by the fallen angels.

Understand the first principle of cosmic astrology, you stand in the physical earth on the cusp at 0 degrees Libra, on the 9 o'clock line of the Buddha. This first principle is the Buddha principle, the God Realization of the Reality of standing "everywhere in the consciousness of God". This provides the soul the Reality of standing simultaneously at every point on the cosmic clock and on her astrology as she weaves her tapestry qualifying the thread as a light ray (color) entwining with it the black thread of her dweller as it rises to the surface to poison the heart with its ego's carnal mind and its personality, it's feelings. The Sun in Libra in the second house means that what is coming to play out in the second house as warring in the members (Libra rules the seventh house of relationships, all kinds) will play out in the economy having to do with our money supply and the policies put in place to govern or control the light of the people of America and the planet's I AM Race. What Buddha and our God Presence, our God Reality wants the soul to know is that you are your light, not your material outer manifestations, your possessions (jobs, houses...). Protect your money supply i.e. your savings, your light. Withdraw from their Nephilim economy of the new economic order of a one world governance. Recognize that when they implement their draconian measures, you must not take the mark of the beast. You must rise up before the altar of your heart, and the heart centers of your communities and nations and raise the right hand of the Cosmic Virgin (56.02) and bind the planetary dweller on the threshold (20.09). These are those who are separating out from those who are becoming the laggard evolution of earth, as happened on Maldek.

What is coming can be mitigated to the extent that the law allows, in 2019 or more

specifically beginning at winter solstice and to be announced on New Year's Eve as the Divine

Plan for 2020, beginning on January 1st (2020). You must be prepared to rally to Saint Germain

(Uncle Sam) when he announces his plan to save America by coming apart to be a separate and

chosen people from among the masses of the people of America and the planet who are about to

receive the seven last plagues and the COMMAND of heaven to, "LET MY PEOPLE GO"!

Saint German is prepared to lead this people, into the new frontier in the Coming Revolution of

Higher Consciousness with the Once and Future King, all who have prepared to this time to

follow him. Because their hearts have been purified and they see through the glass clearly.

Virgo rules the second house activities as Helios enters Libra in the second house second decant. God Justice governs what will play out in the second house. The soul receives God's chastisement and is determined to wash 7 times during the Sun's transit of the physical quadrant, 28 solar days in each sign, seven solar days in each of the souls four lower bodies to re-gain/gain God Mastery over our dweller's (soul's) personality, its misqualified energy (on the 12 lines of the clock) and over the poisons of the individual components of personality, as taught by the Five Dhyani Buddhas.

house, the unredeemed, unloving boy (inner) child who still after 2000 years wants outer gratification, the soul's untransmuted residual desires. These energies are competing for the Sun's energy still. They blind the soul to the Father's purpose and his divine plan. So, the soul must heed the message of Mercury who rules Virgo to deal with our reprobate self, the lessor self and her self love, the ego. If not, you will stand before your God Reality, with warring (Libra) in your members of self, community, nation and organization. This will play out in the second decant of the second house as the soul struggles to keep in alignment with her Presence (Sun) and will find, as did Saint Paul, that which I would not do, I do, and that I would do, I do not. As the cycles pass us by.

In contrast, the determined soul walks with her God Reality and washes seven times on each of the seven rays in each of her four lower bodies balancing in Libra her three fold flame, balancing light and darkness. The light invoked and held consumes the darkness that are the bricks of hardness of heart and the hate creation (Aquarius) now manifesting in the second house as the have nots and the virgins without oil in their lamps come to take that which is stored in the second house of the Haves. This is the story of the haves and have nots (among the people) and the vestal virgins (KOFs and Communicants CUT). The soul is being tested whether or not they have internalized the teachings of Jesus Christ, the lost teachings come again in the Everlasting Gospel delivered to an awakened people in the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness, that is now come upon the Nation(s) and the people. But first to the tribe of the Levites, the Priesthood of the twelve Tribes of Israel, who are the reincarnation of the Atlanteans, as told by the Ascended Master Phylos, given him by the Ascended Master Ernon.

7 God is preparing our souls in 2019 to meet the coming challenges of 2020. The man-ifestation playing out of the planets in Capricorn, that Mother and Kuthumi teaches us are the orbits of our planets we have set in motion as our dweller, the collective unconsciousness. Six-Pointed Star

The six-pointed star is the star appearing of the Word Incarnate, Mother tells us that this is always the case. The six-pointed star is the star of victory. It is also, Lord Maitreya tells us, the Six-Pointer star of the Lord of The World. The six points represents souls who have prepared for lifetimes to fulfill a role for the Brotherhood. The first, he describes as the Warrior who defends the community against the lies and propaganda in Aries of the Serpent on the East Gate, materialism.

The star appearing comprises the Nadir, Saturn conjunct Dragon's Tail, Neptune, MC,

Moon conjunct North Node, and the sixth point between 12 Virgo 30 minutes and 18 Virgo.

This sixth point of the star is occupied by all those on earth who stand in their natal charts

between 12 and 18 Virgo who have prepared to this hour. This is their Star Appearing. They are

called to fulfill their destinies and lead the nations and the organization into the Golden Age of

Aquarius under the Hierarch Saint Germain. They are called to play a major role in humility and

constancy as taught by Kuthumi, having erased the face of their lesser selves from the mirror of

the Moon Mother, they see the face of the Cosmic Virgin. They are called in Cancer on the 6

o'clock line to defend the Mother and to raise up Woman, the divine feminine principle of the

soul. They are called to nurture in the people and raise them up to elevate woman as an equal

partner to lead mankind is this final battle against the darkness by the balanced threefold flame

of the heart and to raise up the light of Mother, the Kundalini to the Heart and to the Third Eye to

illuminate the darkness, consuming ignorance (Maitreya says) imparting wisdom. They are to be

the eye of the storm, the flame of Cosmic Christ Peace, the shelter for the faithful midst the

storm that is coming. These are the vestal virgins (Virgo) who have the oil of Cosmic Christ

Peace, the Radiant Golden oil of Christ Peace in their lamps, at his coming.

This six-pointed star is made up of the water trine and the earth trine. These souls make up the Virgo point of the earth trine come to balance the water trine by their mastery of their emotions, the astral sea by their humility and constancy. They anchor the light, which they arc into the heavens on the midheaven drawing forth the light and anchoring it on the nadir, in the subconscious to consume the energy veil of the personal dweller on the threshold and planetary karma manifest as the collective unconsciousness of the souls of mankind on the Leo-Aquarius axis, of the Ascendant Descendant.

The six-pointed star is come to arc the light and anchor it in the earth to consume the sea of desire that holds the soul earthbound to the depths of the sea, the dweller. These stars (individualized God flames) are called to hold the balance in the Earth for the arousing of the beasts out of the earth and out of the sea on the 9 o'clock line, the West Gate that yet holds the multitudes to material desire.
