FOOD AND DRINK

Pizza and snacks as well as wine, beer, soda, and water will be available for sale during the auction.

SILENT AUCTION

All items up for bid in the silent auction will be displayed on the silent auction tables. Please note that a few items have two or more tickets available. If you want to have more than 1 ticket for an event or service, YOU MUST MAKE MULTIPLE BIDS. 1 LINE EQUALS 1 BID, 1 TICKET! To ensure you get MULTIPLE tickets, ALL of your bids will have to be high enough to win the item! If you have questions, please ask one of the silent auction monitors.

LIVE AUCTION

Many of the events in the live auction have multiple tickets available. When bidding on multi-buyer events, indicate the number of seats you want, using the hand that isn't holding the bidding paddle. For example, when you want 2 seats to an event, raise your paddle in 1 hand and 2 fingers up with the other hand. Multi-buyer events will be bid up to the highest value that sells the total seats available.

RAFFLE TICKETS

Be sure to buy raffle tickets for a chance to win some great prizes. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase after you pick up your paddle. The drawing will be done immediately at the close of the live auction.

Dietary issues: potatoes are gluten free so no issues there. I can't make decent mashed potatoes without a little sour cream or milk or butter, but for lactose intolerant people I could try to make some that are tasteless and boring.
