Prepayment Right to Cancel / Rescind. You have the right until 9:00 pm CST the second business day of receipt of funds from us in your bank account to cancel this Agreement. If you timely cancel, we will not refund the verification fee. To cancel, you must return the funds to us by one of the following methods:

A. Facsimile. Send by faxing to 1-316-494-6596 and request to cancel the Agreement. The Fax must clearly read that you want to rescind the Agreement and request that the Loan proceeds funds are to be immediately and electronically withdrawn from your account by us. B. E-Mail. Email to customerservice@ and request to rescind the Agreement and request that the Loan proceeds funds are to be immediately and electronically withdrawn from your account by us.

C. Overnight Express. Send by a nationally known and reputable overnight express courier (FedEX, UPS or USPS) a request to rescind the Agreement and enclose a money order or state or federally chartered financial institution certified funds check for the Loan proceeds received by you.

FAILURE TO HAVE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWL FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN WE INITIATE THE ELECTRONIC ACH/EFT DEBIT SHALL VOID YOUR REQUEST TO RESCIND THE LOAN AND THE LOAN SHALL GO FORWARD AS IF THERE WAS NO REQUEST TO RESCIND.
