IAG Second Factor Delivery Methods

In our ongoing efforts to protect Starbucks information, we have implemented the Identity Access Gateway (IAG) enhanced login procedures for Starbucks systems and applications. Along with your username and password, you will need to provide a Second Factor to authenticate your identity when logging into systems and applications. DEFAULT DELIVERY METHODS

? Non-Retail Partners will be able to validate their Second Factor via a one-time access code sent to their Starbucks email account or from a call to their Starbucks office desk phone. Example:

? Retail Partners will be prompted to go through a One-Time registration process. They will create a series of three Questions and Answers

? Business associates, vendors and / or professional service providers will be able to validate their Second Factor via a one-time access code from a call to their validated phone provided at onboarding into Starbucks

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS In addition to the default delivery methods, you may choose to receive your Second Factor through other methods. You may elect as many options as you like. All options will be displayed for you to choose from at the time of logging in.

STEPS TO DOWNLOAD SECUREAUTH AUTHENTICATOR APP TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

1. Find "SecureAuth Authenticator" within the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android)

2. Once you download "SecureAuth Authenticator" to your mobile device, follow these instructions to set up the app:

1. On your Desktop or Laptop computer, go to . Enter your Network ID or GUID

2. Choose delivery method for your one-time access code.

3. Enter your one-time access code.

4. Enter your Network ID or GUID Password.

5. You will be presented the QA Code Screen

6. Open the application on your phone -> click the plus sign in the upper left hand corner

7. Choose "Connect with QR Code"

8. Click "Scan QR Code"

9. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen

10. After the QR code is scanned, enter the 6-digit pin that is displayed on your mobile device into the "Confirm Application Configuration" field below the QR code on the website

11. Once the pin is entered, click the green "Enable" button on the website and the blue "Finished" button on the mobile device

12. Registration is now complete and you will be able to select "Push to Accept" as a PIN Delivery method for MFA in the future! Back to Options
