Personality is sum total of the physical, physiological, emotional & spiritual aspects

of a person. A few points help your personality.

1) Respect yourself and believe in what you do. Try also to believe in the best of

every one else, your attitude to everything be positive.

2) Be polite even to people who are working for you. Look at what went right in a

situation instead of what went wrong.

3) You go to a new city and hear about their customs different from yours. Help

yourself and try to be a little flexible.

4) Give value to your words. Speak what is necessary and when necessary. What

you say has tremendous power.

5) Take your work seriously. Have at least10 minutes for yourself every morning.

On hearing this dialogue you decide to write a letter to the Editor of a National News

Paper on the need to provide security at tourists spots and suggest ways and means

by which such spots could be more attractive to tourists, using ideas from the unit

‘Travel and Tourism’ along with your own ideas .write your letter using 120 words. 6
