We are excited to announce the launch of the new MileOne Autogroup Employee Purchase Program!

This program promotes special pricing on all sales and service purchases to full and part-time employees and their immediate family members. You now have greater access to a formalized and convenient process to assist you with all of your vehicle needs. We invite you to share this program with your immediate family members so everyone can benefit from this special MileOne Employee Advantage.

How does the program work?

New and Pre-Owned Vehicles

We want to make the entire purchasing process as simple and hassle-free as possible, while offering our members competitive pricing. ? The current advertised price on , less $300, can be used

as a guide for new vehicle prices. This assumes the consumer qualifies for all incentives that are reflected in the advertised price ? Used vehicles will be available to EPP members at the current advertised price on , less $300. Wholesale vehicles are not available for employee purchase In all cases, the final Employee Purchase Program quote will be confirmed with the General Manager of the selling dealership.

Note: Mercedes-Benz and Porsche do not presently allow advertising below MSRP, which is generally what is listed on . Prices for new Mercedes-Benz and new Porsche vehicles, or for any manufacturer that may adopt this policy, will be quoted by the General Manager of the selling dealership.

F&I, Service, Parts and Body Shops

MileOne Autogroup will be offering EPP members discounted pricing on all F&I products, service labor, parts and body shop services.

Finance & Insurance Products

The EPP program will offer financing at 0.5% APR above the best interest rate the employee or family member qualifies for. When leasing, the lease factor will be 0.00020 above the best rate qualified for.

All service contracts, LoJack, aftermarket packages, tire and wheel products and car care plans will be 15% over cost.

Service Labor

25% off hourly retail labor rate OR 10% discount on advertised specials or menu-priced items, whichever is lower.

Parts & Accessories

20% discount off the listed price

Body Shops

The EPP discount is applied to the deductible as follows:

$100 OFF $500 ? $1,000 repair order $250 OFF $1,001 ? $5,000 repair order $500 OFF $5,001+ repair order

Program Rules and Guidelines

New Vehicles

There is no "one size fits all" formula for pricing all new vehicles. Most of the brands we represent allow us to advertise our vehicles at less than Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Our policy is to advertise very aggressively discounted prices to the public that reflect the current true market value of every new vehicle. For those brands, in order to be competitive in the market place, this "market based pricing" policy generally results in a nominal markup between our final cost and the advertised price. Additionally, in some cases, in order to be competitive with advertising practices of other area dealers, our advertised prices may include all manufacturer incentives including, potentially, some incentives that not all consumers may qualify for.

Used Vehicles

All vehicles must pass the respective state inspection laws of the state the vehicle is offered in. If a vehicle is obtained from a MileOne dealership in one state, to be titled in a different state, additional inspection costs may apply in order for the vehicle to be able to be registered in the member's state of residency. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Finance and Insurance

The EPP program will offer financing at 0.5% APR above the best interest rate the employee or family member qualifies for. When leasing, the lease factor will be 0.00020 above the best rate qualified for. All service contracts, LoJack, aftermarket packages, tire and wheel products and car care plans will be sold for fifteen percent (15%) over cost, including pack charges, with a maximum markup of one hundred dollars ($100).

Service and Labor

Members will be given the lowest price between the 25% discount off of the hourly retail labor rate OR the 10% discount on advertised specials or menu-priced items.

Parts

EPP pricing for parts & accessories will be a 20% discount from the suggested list price. Certain major assemblies (e.g. engines, transmissions), due to their high dollar value, are priced at a suggested list price with a very small markup and will therefore be discounted on a case-by-case basis by the General Manager, following the spirit of the Employee Purchase Program.
