Second Treasury Package: UCC-3 & Funding Our UCC Contract Trust Account with our Birth Certificate Bond - In this section, you will fill out the templates for a Verified Actual Constructive Notice, International Bill of Exchange for $200 Billion, Lawful Order for Money for $200B, Clear Copy Birth Certificate, AFV Birth Certificate, and Chargeback Birth Certificate which are to be placed on a UCC-3 amendment Filing as "Adding Collateral". Doing this will "Register" these instruments and add them on to your Initial UCC-1 Filing. Also Don't forget to list Document NAMES & NUMBERS of those templates on the UCC 3 As well.
