Dear IRS Treasury Agent, I am, approaching you, as the Shadow Administrator of the UNITED STATES "Shadow

Government" as a UCC Bankrupt Corporation: a Universal "Commercial Contract Monetary Corporation of Shadow paper Money". You are a Shadow Overseer of all of my UNITED

STATES and STATE OF IOWA Commercial Banking Constructive Labor Contracted U.S. Shadow PERSONS, which are being employed under the Shadow SIGNATURE - UCC Contract Trust contracts held in bondage by the Contractor's Performance Bonds and the Labor's Payment Bonds; combined together as Fidelity Bonds of commercial assurance obligations.

As the Owner; I am submitting my 3 Main UCC Contract Trust documents as acknowledged and endorsed "BILLS OF CREDIT" for their FULL Liquidation and authorized Contracted Debt Settlement, which also includes the liquidation of all of my UCC Contract Trusts; Contractor's PERFORMANCE BONDS and Labor's PAYMENT BONDS.

All UCC commercial Shadow governmental enforcement agencies are to be notified of my Non-UCC status. I am to be presented in the Light of the Law, with a special Non-UCC International Organization Identification Passport Book and Card, a direct access unlimited Treasury Credit Debiting Card and lastly the restoration of all of Constitutionally protected Rights and Powers and my International Organization addressed Privileges, Exemptions and Immunities per the UNITED STATES - UCC Shadow Governments Codes of Law - 22 U.S. Code ? 288a.

One of my Key Rights that I will forever retain is the Right to Help my fellow man when he is in need of protection due to UCC Shadow monetary misunderstandings and injustices. I expect to have the full support to the Constitutional Law Enforcement Agencies in this American task.

All of my other Non-UCC addressed UCC Contract Trusts will be endorsed over for their Liquidations to the Treasury and Justice Shadow Agents when they are properly requested.
