Fullerton is Co-Editor of Basic Border Econometrics, UACJ Press. Border Economics is a field in which unsubstantiated claims abound, but relatively little reliable econometric verification is carried out. Tom Fullerton has been named JP Morgan Chase Professor at the College of Business Administration of the University of Texas at El Paso. At UTEP, Fullerton directs the Border Region Modeling Project, a research unit within the Department of Economics & Finance. He resides in El Paso with his wife Lourdes and sons Steven and Brett.

I miss Gainesville. My wife Mandy and I have found a beautiful new home here in Nacogdoches, and look forward to starting a family soon.
