BOSS Joins TCPN Cooperative Program

Dear BOSS Distributors and Dealers,

We are pleased to share the news that, as a division of Toro, BOSS Snowplow products are now available on The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN), a national cooperative contract.

TCPN is one of the fastest-growing cooperative purchasing companies in the nation and has around 37,000 actively engaged local government members making compliant purchases through TCPN contracts offered nationwide. TCPN contracts are publicly solicited and awarded contracts that are competitively bid, evaluated and awarded by a government agency -- saving participants time, cost and compliance worries.

As part of the contract, BOSS will be the exclusive snow- and ice-removal equipment brand available through TCPN for the duration of the contract. BOSS can be found on the Toro TCPN page as a tab "BOSS Snow and Ice Control"- .

As a BOSS Distributor or Dealer, selling BOSS products, this program provides you with many advantages:

1. Your customers may now consider not going out to bid to purchase BOSS Snowplow products because an award to Toro/BOSS has already been completed

2. Exclusive snow- and ice-removal product offerings on the contract 3. Aggregate pricing -- pricing for products is already set -- no haggling 4. A shortened sales cycle 5. Opportunities for future service work and parts and accessories sales to agencies

How TCPN Works

1. All TCPN contracts are publicly solicited and awarded ... the bid has already been done! 2. Participating agencies purchase product from BOSS Distributors or Dealers at national aggregate

pricing: a. TCPN Selling Price is set for the entire plow season and is the same for Distributors and Dealers. b. Contract terms are date of inception through September 30, 2017, with the option for two annual renewals

3. All invoices must: a. Reference "Per TCPN Contract" and Contract Number R141201* *Review program guidelines attached

4. BOSS Distributors and Dealers submit the supplied TCPN Rebate form to BOSS to receive the TCPN rebate.* *See attached program price sheet for details: a. Rebate process is necessary to track sales specifically tied to the TCPN contract

5. View the attached document for products included in the Rebate program. ATV and Midsize UTV plows are excluded from this program.

Distributors and Dealers are encouraged to visit to better understand the customer experience. While distributors and dealers are not required to register for TCPN, buyers must be registered with TCPN to participate in the program. There is no cost involved to register. Customers interested in becoming TCPN buyers should visit and click Register at the top right of the screen and complete the form. Once registered, customers have access to BOSS product information on the website, however, they will be contacting you directly for purchase price details. Please reference the attached price sheet for product package pricing. TCPN pricing includes product sale price only. Additional items such as installation, optional parts and freight are not included. Please refer to the program guidelines for additional information.
