who have a valid email address and have agreed to receive their terms electronically

Please note: - Paper applications and invoices must continue to be available for

those customers who do not agree to receive the terms and conditions electronically

Ready to get started? Here's what you need to do:

1. Download the consent form (PDF)

2. Fill out pages 1 ? 8 and fax or email the completed consent form to: retailerdealermaint@ | 1-866-280-8329

3. Once your consent form has been reviewed:

a. An on-demand training for the paperless process must be completed by you or an employee from your organization

b. You will be emailed a link to the paperless process and the Instructions and Procedures document within 10 business days after training has been completed before you will be able to use the paperless process

c. Use your Online Resource Center username and password to sign on and begin using Wells Fargo Credit Connect
