Quick guide to Windows 10

"What's new in windows 10?"

Windows 10 is the latest Operating System from Microsoft, superseding Windows 7 and 8. There are a number of new features as well as improvements on features that existed in these two previous systems. This guide will introduce you to some of these new features and how they can be configured1.

? Access the Start menu by clicking the Windows icon in the bottom left of the screen.

? On the left hand side you will see a list of folders, settings, power options and apps.

? On the right hand side are the new app tiles. Some tiles are live tiles meaning they will show the latest information, e.g. news headlines. You can customise these groups of tiles (see page 2) to display the ones you want.
