Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and place them in the baking dish. Top with 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce on each chop. Cover with foil and bake on 400 for 20 minutes. Remove foil, add an additional 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the top of each chop and stir around the applesauce mixture. Bake an additional 10 minutes without the foil. ................
