To book: Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of ?10 per person for Christmas Parties, or ?5 per person for weekday lunches, to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of ?25 per person for New Year's Eve, non-residential package and ?50 per person for the New Year's Eve residential package is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage preorders, and submit meal pre-orders, four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made. For those with special dietary requirements or allergies who may wish to know about ingredients used, please ask at the time of booking.

Lydiard Party Nights

Join us in the Lydiard Suite for our ever popular joiner nights. Whether you're celebrating with family, friends or colleagues, you're sure to have a great time!

Evening commences with a Festive tipple to get the night underway, followed by a delicious three-course meal and our resident DJ who will get you up and dancing the night away.

7.15pm ? sit down 7.45pm. Bar closes at midnight with carriages at 12.30am.

Back by popular demand, our All Inclusive Party Nights are the simplest way to party. All inclusive bar opens from 7.30pm, followed by a delicious set three-course meal and our resident DJ to keep the party moving! Bar closes at midnight with carriages at 12.30am.

Please note that the bar will close during food service. However, wine will be available on the tables. All Inclusive Drinks:

Santa Sunday Lunch

Bring the whole family together for a festive carvery lunch. `You Know Who' will make a guest appearance with gifts for the children. Then while you sit back and relax over coffee, and our photographer will be available to capture the moment.
