27 Deluxe Guest Rooms beautifully decorated with antique furniture. Simply open the windows and you will experience the clean crisp aromatic scents and sounds of the river valley just beyond your window sill. The Bridal Party and Bridal Suite are specific rooms set aside just for you. The Bridal Suite gets our special attention and is made extra special with complimentary champagne and chocolates.

 A fantastic social room for inside pre wedding events offering darts, ping pong, pool

Outdoor complimentary activities such as hiking and snowshoeing etc.

Use of the Remington House with its charming sitting rooms, decks, fire places and elegant dining areas. It overlooks the property in every direction

Use of the Country Chic Pine Loft, our very special `Barn' adds a country flair to the property and offers a perfect reception facility for the party part of your event

Specially designed menus provided by our incredible culinary team that prides themselves on sourcing the freshest ingredients to showcase they skills

A professional management team that takes pride in their respective crafts, assuring you have an unforgettable wedding experience

The property is available to you for an outside ceremony (weather permitting) complete with arch, seating for your guests, a signing table in a stunning setting

Amazing photography opportunities all over the property and yours to choose from

The ability to supply your own alcohol all weekend - we supply the corkage - this is a real cost saving and a feature our clients really like

Use of a cappuccino machine in the Remington House common area Soft drinks, water etc. available upon request

Approximate itinerary and how it works.......

Day 1

Arrive with your wedding party and close family and sign into the guests rooms, settling in for an amazing weekend of celebration

Bring along all your decor and added touches and spend a few hours finishing the final decorating touches for your ceremony and reception

Bring your alcohol and permit and any other person items and we will work with you to assure it all flows easily

You can arrange a rehearsal at the site of your choice and at your convenience to assure all goes well the day of the wedding

Enjoy your specially pre-ordered rehearsal dinner in the Remington house, and enjoy interacting with our chef's as they showcase their amazing culinary skills

After dinner you and your wedding party can enjoy activities in our social room or enjoy outside activities on our lawns, creating a private intimate fun time for all concerned

The evening is meant to be an intimate private time to bond with your family and friends in a peaceful environment

You are free to serve alcohol during the evening - corkage provided by The Crossing

Day 2 (the Wedding Day)

Enjoy a pre-ordered breakfast in the Remington House for your wedding party and family before the activities begin

Retire to your rooms to prepare for the ceremony and reception. We suggest you prepare a detailed itinerary in advance for your guests on how the day will go and where the sites are for each event, and have them available when they check in. This will prevent confusion and will allow an easy flow for you and your guests

Guests start to arrive and check in by 1:00 pm. They are free to enjoy the property until the wedding starts. (our decks at the Remington House are wonderful places to visit and enjoy the wonderful surroundings)

We assist in assuring your outside vendors such as photographer, florist, musicians/DJ, marriage commissioner, etc. are directed properly when they arrive at the property, however we do suggest you have a complete itinerary and organizational system for your vendors available for them as well to assure they know what to do and where to do it. (This is not the responsibility of The Crossing Staff)

Our timing recommendations are as follows:

3:30-4:00 Ceremony at the preplanned site

4:30-6:00 Wedding party to enjoy some great photo ops inside or out and around the property. We recommend that you arrange a site visit prior to your wedding day to familiarize your photographer with the property and its amazing photo ops

5:00 While you are getting pictures taken, the bar can be opened in the Remington House for your guests and if the weather allows enjoy the decks, relax and take in the stunning views while enjoying a cocktail

6:30 Dinner and reception in the Pine Loft reception room begins

8:30-11:30 Dance, DJ and bar service complete

Please note that this is a quiet natural setting and there are noise restrictions that respectfully assure that the environment and our neighbors are not disturbed during the event and late into the night

A late snack can be arranged for 10:00 pm

12:00 Guests retire to the guest rooms and if you desire, the Social room can be used to allow late guests to wind down and enjoy a little more visit time (in a respectful quiet way)

Day 3

Breakfast can be arranged for all guests who desire it (pre ordered)

Your guests are free to enjoy the property in the morning. All activities to be completed by noon and everyone exited from the property by 1:00 pm. All decorations and other items must be cleared up by that time
