First Time Creating a Credential

1. Connect to the "2526Durant" WiFi network and enter your e-mail address.

2. Once you enter your e-mail address, please press the "Signup for an Account" button.

3. Complete the required information to create an account.

4. You will receive confirmation that your account has been created. *To stream video service you may require some additional verification from your property's management.

XFINITY Video Streaming

All residents at 2526 Durant will also have trial access to our XFINITY TV streaming video service (through the XFINITY On Campus program for university students).

This service is offered at no additional charge as part of your rent.

Included with XFINITY TV is 20 hours of personal digital video recording (DVR) storage. Individual tenants can also choose to purchase premium subscriptions such as HBO, Starz, and more!

You can access XFINITY TV on your laptop and mobile devices (i.e., iOS, Android). Please note for viewing on a television set, you will need to use a traditional cable box from Comcast.
