EMPLOYEE TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
To receive book reimbursement, I will submit a paid receipt with textbook title and a copy of the syllabus to show that the books are required for my courses. Book receipts can be submitted after the Tuition Reimbursement Request Form. My Tuition Reimbursement Request Form is for tuition, books and initial certification exams only.

To apply, please use forms entitled “BTA Tuition Reimbursement application” and “BTA TR tax form”. All requests and transcripts must be submitted no later than July 30th for courses completed between June 1, 2018 and July 31, 2019, that have not previously been submitted for reimbursement through TOT or BTA.
