Amendments should contain the same degree of detail for changes that the original transaction contained (i.e., increase or decrease in quantity, corrected model number, revised delivery date, change in delivery location, changes to contract language, etc.).

(Reason: Amendments to 503.2.1 and 503.2.2 recognize that the equipment now used in firefighting is increasing in size. The code already recognizes that larger dimensions may be required under Section 503.2.2. The amendments are to standardize the dimensions for this area.
