Amends Zoning Ordinance Article 27 – VILLAGE BUSINESS C-6 DISTRICT REGULATIONS, Section 27.1–Uses Permitted and Section 27.2- Density Controls, by amending Subsections (2) and (3) to update uses and required yards language and amends Section 27.3– Site Development, amending subsection 27.3.4 – Landscaping Requirements, to add side and rear yard landscaping requirements.
